President and CEO of Simultrans. Mark spend a sufficient amount of time with members of our team discussing how his startup took off and made social impact. He believed that our company could make a large impact by connecting hackers to corporations and startups not only for funding, but for internship possibilities, and just being involved in the hackspace. In addition, Mark was never exposed to computer science education in high school and said that if he had the opportunity to be apart of the hackspace in high school, he would. In addition, he spoke about how his software makes people’s lives easier and saves companies money by translating the app or site without the need of additional software engineers. Mark just shows us that the biggest most successful minds of any generation would love to be involved in the hackspace.
